Booking Information

DEPOSITS
Off Peak – First night of total tariff.
Mid & Peak – 50% of total tariff.

CANCELLATION
In the event of a cancellation your deposit will be refunded. An administration fee of $15.00 may be charged.

PAYMENT
The balance of the tariff for the duration of the stay is payable on arrival, either by cash, Mastercard, Visa or EFTPOS.
Personal cheques and travellers cheques are not accepted.
Reception must be notified if additional guests are staying.
Numbers accommodated in each unit may not exceed the number of beds in each unit.

ALTERATIONS
No site or cabin number is guaranteed. Variations to holiday schedules and/ or customer booking alterations may necessitate alterations to the unit number allocated to your particular booking.

OCCUPANCY TIMES
Arrival: On the day of arrival your unit should be available by 2pm. If you arrive earlier we suggest you phone as we may be able to accommodate you earlier.
Departure: You must be vacated by 10.00am

RECEPTION HOURS
From 8am to 8.30pm (Mon to Fri)
From 8am to 8.00pm (Sat/Sun)
If you are going to arrive after hours please phone and make prior arrangements.
If you are planning an EARLY DEPARTURE please advise Reception and arrangements will be made.
